What does it take to exercise leadership in unstable times? AZck conducted a research in response to this question and reveals the need for emotional and cognitive intelligence, articulated at 3 levels:
SELF: Self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-confidence. Humility. Authenticity. Knowing what you want.
SELF + OTHERS : Managing the way you resonate with, connect with and impact others. Adjusting yourself to other’s especially when you communicate, motivate, empower, delegate, provide feedback, coach, inspire, develop your team.
SELF + OTHERS + in a CHANGING environment: Steer yourself and your team through unpredictable times. Navigate between what is known and unknown. Maintain trust, cohesion, productivity and well being in periods of change.

We offer 3 types of services to develop your leadership skills & behaviours:
1- Individual coaching: a safe space to step back, reflect, develop yourself, diagnose and deal with your real life leadership situations.
Audience: any team leader from junior managers to C-Level executive members, from any company, any industry, any country on the planet.
Format: 6-12 individual coaching sessions spread over 6 to 12 months. Each session focuses on your specific situation and leaves you with clear & feasible action plan.
2- “In-house” Leadership programs
Audience: Team leader’s from the same company
Format: 3 to 9 days program adapted to your company culture and composed of a blend of learning activities providing diverse and accessible learning to all participants (workshops, peer-coaching, co-development, individual coaching, ...)
3- “Leadership Lab”: An innovative program using performing art, as a basis to develop leadership behaviours.
Audience: open to team leaders from any company, maximum 10 participants per lab.
Format: 2-3 days, run once per year
Facilitators: Tom Greder, Swiss-Australien performing artist and Annick Zinck.

In our company, we realised over time that many of our aspiring Managers have both concerns and expectations about their new roles. We worked with Annick to help our newly promoted Managers develop their skills further and raise any concerns in a safe space.
We were really happy with the outcome and the follow-up one on one coaching sessions were really appreciated by the participants. They had time after the session to put in practice some of the things learned.
